Initial Virtual Consultation 

In the initial consultation I will be reviewing all of your completed paperwork via Zoom call, including: medical history, health goals, concerns, symptoms, lengthy questionnaires, and any previous lab work. This appointment is mainly for intake so I can learn more about your challenges and goals, and how I can best help you. After we have completed your initial virtual visit, we will schedule a follow up  for your report of findings, where we evaluate our discoveries, discuss a plan of action, and break down what the program will provide for your health journey success.
